All prices include GST. We ship Australia-wide only, tracked. Singles go in rigid mailers with a toploader or sleeve.

Dispatch

Holo and Hero TCG and Repairs packs and dispatches orders daily from Brisbane, so most orders leave within one business day. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are charged at checkout and shipped from the release date shown on the product. See the pre-orders page.

Returns and faults

Something wrong with your order? If a card arrives in worse condition than described, an item is faulty or damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it if we can, or refund it in full including shipping.

Change of mind: unopened sealed product and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery. You cover return postage and we refund the item once it arrives back with us. Singles are graded and priced individually, so they cannot be returned for change of mind.
